Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect your item (typically within 72 hours), we will process your exchange or refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we have received and reviewed your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
