Preparing your order
Each piece is cut and finished by hand. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
Every piece is made to order.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 7 to 10 days. We email you a tracking number when it ships, so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Most orders, including those to the United States, ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). We pay the import duties and customs fees, so there is nothing more to pay when your jacket arrives.
A small number of countries do not allow duty-paid delivery. If yours is one of them, we will contact you after you order, with a clear breakdown of any charges, before we confirm your order.
Customs offices sometimes hold parcels for inspection. This can add a few days, and your tracking will show it.
Made-to-order pieces
Pieces made to order follow the same timing: 5 to 7 days to prepare, then 7 to 10 days to deliver.
Delays
Customs checks, public holidays in the sending or receiving country, weather and courier disruptions can add time. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.
Your delivery details
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. Couriers and customs offices may use your phone number to arrange delivery. If something needs correcting, email us as soon as you can, before your order ships.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered and you do not have it, email us with your order number. For damage, please include photos of the parcel and the piece. We will take it up with the courier and put it right.
